The very talented Milly Henderson, is in the Business Spotlight with her Little Burrow Creative. Milly has been a client for a number of years, starting out in conjunction with her husband who is a builder, to becoming a Real Estate Agent, and now putting her creative talent into beautifully handcrafted unique lamp shades.
They are makers of beautiful, tailored lampshades crafted right here in North Canterbury New Zealand. Country, coastal and cottage styles are our niche and are available in Drum and Empire Shades suitable for table lamps, floor lamps and ceiling pendants.
As Milly puts it "while we all like to try and be less wasteful, I found I had a lot of left over fabric from making my lampshades that wasn’t quite enough for another shade and I found I was just hoarding piles of offcuts I couldn’t bare to throw out so i got to thinking about how I could utilise them. This is how my Fabric Letters were introduced to Little Burrow. Our individual fabric letters make the perfect baby gift or birthday present. They are a delightful way to personalise a child's bedroom, playroom or nursery.
Our letters are super lightweight, they're perfect to display on a shelf or they can be hung on a wall or door as each letter comes with a hook on the back."
