Update To Paying Our Invoices
We have seen an increase of our invoices not being paid in a timely manner. In discussions with several clients it has become evident that there is a preference for a different way to pay us. We have listened and have updated the options for paying us.
One of the immediate changes is that we can no longer accept interest free payments towards invoices in arrears. As a business we are very conscious of the costs of operation and if we continue to offer this option we would be faced with have to substantially increase our fees. We believe that this would be unfair on everyone and therefore ceasing interest free payments immediately.
We are excited to announce updates to our payment options to make your experience more convenient and flexible as listed below. We do of course still accept you paying your invoices direct into our bank account but a reminder that our payment terms are that payment is to be made no than 10 days after the date of the invoice.
Automatic Payment
Set up an Automatic payment for your monthly invoices like your first of the month Invoices so that you are never behind on a payment.
Direct Debit
This option allows you to simply forget about paying us as we will take the funds directly from your bank account, ensuring that your bills are always paid on time without any hassle. We can direct debit any outstanding amount we will direct debit on the 10th, 20th and 30th. For these date you will receive a text reminder in advance and of how much. This insures that you are always up to date and invoices don’t become overdue.
Payment Plan Financing
Introducing our new flexible payment plans through Smart AR. These plans are designed to provide you with more options for managing your payments. Whether you prefer to pay in instalments or need a customized payment schedule, we have a plan to suit your needs. There is an interest charge but at very reasonable rates. You will see a new button on all our invoices as per below.
