Accessing Prior Year Financial Reports
As you may have seen, as part of our ongoing commitment to better service and security, we have officially retired the MYOB Portal. This platform is no longer in use and is no longer accessible for document sharing or retrieval.
We have moved all document sharing and collaboration to the FYI Docs Collaboration Space, a secure and streamlined environment that offers improved functionality, security, and convenience for our clients.
We want to inform you of an important change in how you access your prior financial documents, as those that were stored in the MYOB portal are not automatically in your Collaboration Space.
If you require any documents from prior years, simply contact the team and let us know which documents you need, and we can then upload them to the Collaboration Space for you.
If you need help accessing the new collaboration space, retrieving past documents, or have any questions at all, please reach out to our team. We’re here to support you during this transition and ensure you have seamless access to your important financial information.

- All new documents (including your 2025 Financial Statements, Tax Returns, Tāne Reports etc.) will now be uploaded here.
