About You
Ideally you will have the following experience/attributes –
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position at a public practice accounting firm in New Zealand
- You don’t need to have a formal CA qualification, your experience is more important
- Current experience with practice management software including MYOB AO and XPM.
- Ability to think outside the box – we are all about innovative solutions!
Role Responsibilities
- Preparing GST returns from capturing data to finalising the reports for presentation to clients
- Delivery of our TriTec Service
- Assistance with and resolution of client queries
- Preparation of rental property tax returns
- Assisting team members with delivery of work
- Assistance with workflow processes
- Assistance with training of junior team members
- Contributing positively to the culture of Whutuporo and working with others toward team goals
- Building lasting relationships with clients
