Role Responsibilities
- Key control of job planning, job set-up and job allocation to the team;
- Allocation of budgets for jobs
- Motivating team to meet deadlines and monthly targets
- Develop and implement workflow procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.
- Assign tasks to team members based on skill level, workload, and deadlines.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and coordination.
- Provide training and support to staff on workflow tools and procedures.
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve workflow systems.
- Contributing positively to the culture of Whutuporo and working with others toward team goals
- Building lasting relationships with clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in production management or project coordination, preferably in an accounting or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to read and understand financial statements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in workflow management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of initiative and ability to think outside the box – we are all about innovative solutions!
