- Minimum 2 years in a similar position in a professional firm
- A high level of initiative and ability to think outside the box – we are all about innovative solutions!
- Excellent time management skills, including proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong computer skills and ability to work in a paperless environment
- A growth mindset and level of self-awareness and empathy that enables you to work effectively with others

Role Responsibilities
Working with a variety of clients and the team this role is very hands-on and rewarding. Daily responsibilities may include -
- General reception duties
- Delivery of financial reports to clients
- Invoicing of work completed to clients
- Management of our debtors
- Assisting our compliance administrator with portal management
- Client onboarding
- Christmas promotions
- Supporting a diverse client base with administration needs
- Assistance with AML compliance
- Using a range of accounting software including Reckon, MYOB and Xero
- Contributing positively to the culture of Whutuporo and working with others toward team goals
- Building lasting relationships with clients
