2022 Income Tax Returns
It is great to see the large number of completed checklists coming through and uploaded documents in client portals. We must congratulate everyone for the transition and use of portal. We know change is not always easy but you should be congratulated for embracing the change.
Due to the large influx in the past month, we ask for your patience while we allocate accounts on the basis that all required documents selected in your checklists have been uploaded to your portals and we are working from the top of the list down.
We understand the checklists this year are asking for more details that in the past but it allows us to capture as much information before we start your accounts and makes for a smoother process. As we all know, figures and circumstances change from year to year particularly home office expenses, so make sure you get those figures in your checklist, we don’t want you missing out.
We have been asked by several clients to urgently prepare their financial reports and tax returns. Because we are allocating work on a first in first basis if you need your work to be urgently completed we will need to re-organise the work timetable of the team. Because this is not fair on our other clients we will need to charge an "urgency" premium.
If you are unsure of any questions or would like a hand completing your checklist, don’t hesitate to contact Fiona, she is more than happy to help [email protected] .
